Fireworks on Sunday

£4 in advance and £5 on the day. 

Don't delay: 4,000 attended the event in 2010 – a near capacity crowd – for what was the most spectacular of fireworks displays and ASET's most successful bonfire night ever.

A number of people have asked why the Fireworks this year are on Sunday 6th rather than Saturday 5th November.

This is because Blitz Fireworks always run the fireworks in Crewe on the 5th each year and this year, with the 5th falling on the Saturday, there was a clash. Blitz have set such a high standard, it was essential to use them again in Audlem this year, hence the switch to Sunday. 

The good news is that Blitz will have had a practice run in Crewe the night before the really big event event in Audlem on the Sunday!

The gates open at 4.00pm, the bonfire is lit at 6.00pm and the fireworks are at 6.30pm.

It's expected that Audlem will return to a Saturday event next year and the clash with Crewe won't be a problem for another seven years.
