Tomorrow Audlem will put on the biggest ever Festival of Transport in south Cheshire with over 280 vehicles expected to take part. The star of the show will be an exclusive first for all with the appearance of the brand new Bentley Arnage convertible. There will also be a rare outing of the company's beautiful Blower Bentley.
Richard Scott of Audlem has organised this for ASET (Audlem Special Events Team) and the enjoyment of all. Over 240 cars will be on show and the parade will start from Hankelow at 12.30pm, will drive slowly through the village and onto the playing field for all to view for a few hours. Audlem has fast established itself through the ASET team as the place for transport enthusiasts to be in July and this year's Festival has been well over-subscribed with the organisers having to turn away drivers who have entered too late. All in all, there's a wonderful event in prospect.
The Festival of Transport will round off a stunning array of July weekend events with The Proms on the Park and the Fun-ky weekend already having been great successes.
