The Festival in the Methodist Chapel
This editor managed to attend 3 magnificent events in the Methodist Chapel!
First, the "Loud Mouthed Women" from Newcastle-U-L on Saturday (sorry – no photo!).
This was followed by Bowden RUFC choir. Note:- there were no recognisable rugby songs! The only complaint seemed to be a dog that wanted to join in – the choir enjoyed the tenor intervention!
On Sunday, there were approximately 15 ukulele players entertaining us for over an hour.
Wonderful events – all 3.
Finally, credit must go to the organisers and support team at the Chapel for their efforts to host these events – including tea and cakes provision.
