The 7th May FatPigeonLive gig at Audlem Public Hall is shaping up to be something quite special. The pigeons are promising not one, not two, but four professional live music acts from around the country. They're also providing a bar including a guest ale TBA.

Topping the bill is the James Christy Band, a Manchester-based group combining high-octane pop with hints of funk and rock. Following performances at the 02 Academy in Birmingham, and London's Apollo Theatre, the guys are going to be right here in Audlem performing hits from their recent album 'Live at Castle Rock Studios'.

As well as James, we're delighted to present Ray Butcher and his band. Ray is a talented trumpet player who's performed with King Pleasure & the Biscuit Boys and alongside BB King and James Carter. Ray also works with Venezuelan piano star Edgar Marcias, and for our gig he's travelling up with a with his very own band. These guys are seriously talented and recently appeared on Channel 4's 'Very Important People' and 'The Morgana Show'.

Supporting Ray is guitarist & songwriter Russell Morgan, a unique performer defined by his soulful vocals and quirky writing style. Russell's debut EP Surrender, mastered at Abbey Road was co-Produced by Filippo Gaetani, with a healthy collaborative input from Canadian producer Jordon Zadorozny.

As if that weren't enough, award-winning songwriter Beth Prior will also be performing. Having recently returned from a successful tour of Norway, Beth is now promoting her studio album 'Little Acts of Kindness', which has enjoyed radio coverage in Europe, USA and Australia.
