Electric fences and Footpaths

Over the recent few days, we have seen considerable comment and views about the electric fences erected across local designated footpaths in order to contain sheep in a farm field.

We all live in the countryside – some make a living from it and some enjoy it for leisure purposes.

Hopefully we can accommodate the needs of each other as we move into 2025 and have direct conversations between the parties concerned rather than over the website or facebook.
