Dog Fouling

Good morning,
I find myself having to write yet again regarding the dog fouling on the track at the end of Mount Pleasant. Every morning this week someone with what must be either one or more large dogs is allowing them to foul the path and then they don't clear it up.

This shows an absolute disregard for the neighbourhood and other walkers -- especially the children who live in the area and play on the track. If I can identify positively who is the culprit or culprits and I have a pretty good idea who it is then they will face prosecution and a possible fine of £1000.00.

All it needs is people to be responsible and to take a bag and clear up after their dog instead of me having to do this.
People just don't seem to care or have respect or are just downright lazy to understand this.

Maybe £1000.00 going from their accounts will make them realise that we are serious.

I would be grateful if you could post this if possible on AOL which many villagers read each day.

Thanks and best regards,
Nigel Mottershead
