Do you know someone who could benefit from a new website for people looking for dementia support?

www.DemenShare.com is a new social media website for people who are seeking support, information and advice about living with dementia in central and east Cheshire.

We have over 200 people in our online community and we're encouraging those who need support and information to 'brew up, sit down and log in' for a chat, to get the help that they need.

They'll find out about local events, current dementia news and can post their own stories and help others, too. Diane, our Community Manager is also on hand to signpost people to the help they need.
