Dementia Action Day 20th May

Creating Dementia Friendly Nantwich are, as part of National Dementia Action week, holding a free-of-charge Dementia Action Day on Monday 20th May at the Civic Hall in Nantwich.

What's available on the day:

• Virtual Dementia Tour Bus *FREE* – Limited spaces available please book in advance, contact details below
• Dementia Friends Awareness Sessions *FREE*
• Information Stands, help support and guidance from professionals and your local community

Doors open at 10am and the event runs until 4pm.

"Come and experience an action-packed event full of information and experiences to support you in your Dementia journey whether you are a carer, the person living with dementia, a friend or a family member all are welcome."

Tea and coffee will be available on the day.
