Could you run a cafe?

Coole Acres Fishery is located midway between Audlem and Nantwich, accessed from Coole Lane.
Brian Reilly, the proprietor, is offering an opportunity for an experienced person to run a part-time café on the site to serve his visiting angling clientele.

Brian proposes that the café would be operated as a self-contained business, i.e.

• No wage as such would be paid, but no charge would be made for the premises, and all profits would be for the café operator.
• Suggested opening times would be Friday (occasionally), Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.
• There is a fully fitted out commercial kitchen (with all hardware and appliance essentials) and dining tables and chairs etc.
