Correction to Minutes of Extraordinary meeting

At the Extraordinary Parish Council meeting held on 1st May 2018 Councillors unanimously approved amended Minutes of the Extraordinary meeting held on Monday 23rd April.

The original wording in 17.160.1 may have given the misleading impression that the community supported putting in a tender for £250,000 for the field at Green Lane. This is incorrect.

The wording was therefore amended to read...' the majority of survey responses stating that they were happy to borrow up to £250,000 for the land and necessary works.' Additionally, an error was identified in the numbering in the Minutes which was also corrected prior to the Minutes being approved.

The corrected version is now available on the Parish Council part of the website (here) and will be put on the Parish Council noticeboard later today.
