Christmas Eve music

This Quintet, led by locals Dave and Rachel Woolam, and yes there are five of them, were performing outside St James' church today playing festive Christmas carols.

Donations were gladly received in aid of St Luke's Hospice.

Judy Benson of Williams' newsagents adds: "Thank you so much to the quintet that turned out this morning, playing carols in The Square, in Audlem. What a fabulous Christmas Eve atmosphere it created!

"Please, please, make this a regular on your calendar every year – it was enjoyed by lots of local shoppers judging by the comments we received – as well as ourselves in the shop!"
