Cat Hit by Car

Naomi Kass reported on Rural Alert seeing a cat hit by a car on the Woore to Audlem road near the end of the 40 mile and hour speed limit:

Has anyone lost a black and white cat? A poor cat was hit by a car yesterday evening on Audlem road on the way from Woore to Audlem where the first 40 miles speed limit sign is out. We stopped to see if cat was alive, but unfortunately it wasn't. Moved it from the middle of the road to the side... Didn't know what to do The pic is the location.
