The second of the two meetings arranged by the Parish Council was well attended, more than 70 residents came to the Town Hall on Saturday.
Councillor Lynette Hopkins described the steps that the PC are taking, and there was a wide-ranging discussion of the issue, particularly the road safety aspects.
Perhaps not surprisingly, a show of hands indicated that all present were against the imposition of the charges.
Reports will or have been produced by various village organisations, and submitted to the appropriate Cheshire East department, but it was emphasised that there are two things which concerned individuals can do
