The editors wish to remind AOL users that certain contributions are deemed to be outside of our "Terms of Use" and as a result may be moderated.

BuySell

This is intended for local use only, but for clarity, we will not accept:-

• Any animal sales
• Any high value items such as cars
• Items without a full name and valid email address

ChatBox

The main issue here relates to complaints, which in the editors' view should :-

• Normally be sent directly to the person or organisation concerned
• Should be constructive criticism rather than a "moan" and suggest a remedy
• Not contain personal slights/insults or use intemperent language

Please be aware that we also believe AOL is now receiving submissions which are from false identities.
