Buy/sell problem

We (AudlemOnline editors) have become aware that over the last two or three weeks a number of buy/sell advertisers have been failing to receive enquiries through the system, and it appears that this section of the website process has partially or completely stopped working.

This is obviously an important issue and we are trying urgently to find what is behind it – the mail server system that the website uses has recently been changed, and this may well be the underlying cause of the problem.

Apologies for the inevitable effect that this will be having on sales through buy/sell, and we will get it fixed as soon as possible.
