Busy day on Audlem Lass

AudlemOnline has been featuring Audlem Lass over the Easter weekend as the service only restarted on Good Friday and will now be running each weekend and Bank Holiday until the end of October.

Joe Hoyles reports: "We had a great day on Sunday with 130 passengers and 8 dogs (Remember Dogs go free!) – that's over 250 since Friday.

"For a lot of people it was the first time on the Audlem Lass and they loved it; they all said we will be back.

"Lots of people from Yorkshire, London, Rugby, Stafford, Shropshire and North Wales. Several passengers saw a Kingfisher. Many said they will come again and lots were interested in the Music Festival.

"We had a new young crew member who got on really well and cannot wait for his next shift. We are always looking for good sensible youngsters to train up as crew members.

"We would love to have another 100+ on today Easter Monday. The weather is looking good."
