Burglary on Mount Pleasant – UPDATE

Since the original article was posted, I have had a response from the Chief Constable's office and also from Joh Dwyer.

I was told yesterday that the Local Policing Units had been asked to respond and take action.

Still I have heard nothing and not seen a police officer.

Clearly the local policing unit needs a stiff review and the police officers and PCSO who are supposed to look after Audlem need changing completely.

I am also told that the 101 system is to be reviewed as it is a waste of time even calling that number because you do not get a reply.

I do have evidence in the form of footprints which are quite clear but are gradually being washed away by the rain.

I asked locals for help in contacting the police and got replies ranging from call 101 to contact the Parish Council but no mobile number for an officer.

I would be grateful if you could somehow post this trail on AoL because something has to change.
