Britain in Bloom judging coming up

Ralph Warburton writes to say: "The North West Britain in Bloom judging of the village will take place on 2nd July. I will be taking them around the village to show them just what a lovely place it is and pointing out the work we in Audlem in Bloom do to help maintain a good look to the area for the benefit of all."

"Over the next few days we will be planting some 2000 summer bedding plants in the flower beds and troughs to augment the hanging baskets already in place. All in all some £2000 will be spent in making the village and surounding district look good for the summer – right through to October."
