The Lewis's duck pond on Green Lane seems to have attracted ALL the mallards in Cheshire and Shropshire.
They are here for the free grub and as our own birds are pinnioned we are fast becoming bankrupt.
If anyone has any spare bread please let us know – we will collect. Jane and Andrew at The Old Priest House are doing stalwart work but can't keep up!
