Brambles Bake Off Judges

With our Charity Bake Off Competition just around the corner -- we'd thought you'd like to meet two of the judges from our panel.

Our Head Judge is retired Baker Trevor Mooney, British Bakery Industry Baker of The Year 2006 and runner up 2005 – with over 40 years at Chatwins Bakery, Trevor has vast experience as a baking judge and is Past President of the 'Richemont Club of Great Britain'

We also have Jo Pennell, owner of Jo's Couture Cakes, Award winning wedding cake designer who has taken first prize in the North West Wedding Industry awards for the last two years -- Jo will be judging the Celebration Cake category which is being sponsored by Le Creuset.
