The next big event in Audlem is the Midsummer Music on the Park on 17th July.

As this is ASET's 10th annual musical picnic in the park, they have gone all out to make it the best ever – a night to remember with not one but two fantastic headline acts.

Returning after the success of last year's Midsummer Music, Audlem will welcome The WestEnders who will entertain us with a variety of songs from shows like Grease, Mama Mia, Oliver, Sound of Music, WestSide Story, Les Miserables and more. With new songs and favourites from last year, the WestEnders are sure to entertain.

The opening headline act this year has been described as "more than just the world's greatest swing band". They are King Pleasure & the Biscuit Boys. The band have been on the road for two decades playing every European country as well as the USA and Russia and recording ten CDs.

Dazzling musicianship, riveting stage performances, more than 50 TV appearances and 75 radio broadcasts have established them as the Kings of Swing. Paul Jones of BBC Radio 2 said of the "Kings of Swing" – "the hardest act to follow since the parting of The Red Sea" so look out WestEnders, follow that!

Tickets are on sale priced at £12 for adults and £6 for children. Tickets are available at Audlem Post Office or by post with a stamped addressed envelope to: ASET, Audlem, Crewe CW3 0AP or buy your tickets on-line – click on the link beneath the photo.

Tickets can also be bought at the Tourist Information offices in Nantwich, Market Drayton, or Newcastle-under-Lyme; Inglenok Fine Arts, Pillory St, Nantwich; Hallmark, Pepper St, Nantwich; Crewe Lyceum Theatre; Green End Pharmacy in Whitchurch; Fryers Newsagents in Alsager and Classic Stone at Dagfields.
