Boat Gathering in Canal Newspaper

The new edition of the monthly national canal newspaper, "Towpath Talk", contains a full page illustrated article about the successful Historic Boat Gathering on 30/31st July, which attracted several thousand people to Audlem.

The author, Harry Arnold MBE, talks about the spectacle and atmosphere that make this venue and the village such a popular attraction. He says that this was another great gathering in a friendly village that has always made visitors welcome, and that it was well organised by Chris and Peter Silvester at Audlem Mill.
