Birds Nest Development

Just wished to advise the web team of a letter recently received in regards to the proposed development adjacent to Birds Nest on Audlem Road, see attached.

The developers are proposing 35 dwellings over and above the 20 number as suggested by CE in their local plan. Furthermore it appears a long section of ancient hedgerow will be lost to enable properties to front almost directly onto Audlem road.
