A Big Thank You !

Once again, despite the dreadful weather, Audlem's Big Switch On was a great success.

At Monday's meeting Parish Councillors were unanimous in their praise for the effort that has gone into making the village look spectacular:- lights twinkling everywhere, festive window displays, and cosy shops, pubs and cafes welcoming people in from the storm.

None of this could happen without the army of volunteers who give so much time to planning and organising this and many other events in the village. Santa can be in no doubt that this is truly the Best Kept Village on his round!

A big thank you to all concerned and a very happy Christmas to Audlem residents.
