Join our Audlem-based Pilates business, Bee Charis, for a gentle Candlelight Pilates class where you will Breathe, Move and Relax to benefit a worthwhile charity, the Cavalier Centre. Everyone welcome -- existing and new clients, Pilates-lovers and Pilates-curious!
