Audlem Village Shops

As I left the Farm Foods cafe, I went into the Oxtail & Trotter butchers shop . Bought me a sheet of bacon ribs that I boil and enjoy to the full- making very good soup from the stock. I can heartily recommend the ribs if you like a meaty dish.

And as I stood talking with Alan, I remarked to myself what a superb butcher he is , with a really splendid display as seen on my photo. He must have one of the very best butchers shops hereabouts. I also took his Christmas order form to mull over .

We are so well served with such a fine array of individual shops , run by such talented entrepreneurs . Covering more or less all our needs. I hope we will all continue to give each our best support and keep Audlem the best around.

With this honest opinion of my own , but hopefully shared with many others .
