Oxttail & Trotter is running the Audlem Sausage Competition 2015.
Create your own sausage. The entrant of the winning sausage will win 4kg of sausages (to be taken at a time to suit) and the opportunity to come into the kitchens of Oxtail & Trotter to see how they are made.
There are entry cards in the butchers where you can describe your ingredients and a title for the sausage.
Entries will be shortlisted and then there will be a taste-off (open to all) to decide on the winner (date to be confirmed). Remember that all the ingredients must be commercially viable.

Last year's winner was Annie Goodwin, a pupil at Audlem School, with the winning flavour combination of; Cheshire Cheese, Cranberry & Chive which was crowned the 2014 Audlem Sausage.
Oxtail & Trotter's sausages are all handmade with natural skins, using outdoor reared pork with no added rusk, giving a very meaty and juicy sausage.
