Audlem 's New Post Office

Parish Councillors are delighted that Audlem's new Post Office, located at Lllovely in The Courtyard, Cheshire Street is now open, just in time for Christmas.

The Post Office will operate a full range of services, including the facility to make deposits into many of the main UK banks, many of which have closed their branches in nearby towns.

Vital service back in the village

Councillors are grateful to Megan Sheer for bringing such a vital service back to the village, and also to Denise Nutbrown and Richard Hall from Post Office Ltd for their encouragement and enthusiastic support for the project.

Audlem is very fortunate to have such a wide variety of shops, some having been established for many years such as Williams Newsagents and newer ventures such as the Cook Shop.

Councillors encourage everyone to support our local businesses at Christmas and throughout the year to ensure that they do well and continue to make Audlem a very special place to live and visit.
