After an absolutely fantastic Audlem Music & Arts Festival, with the largest crowds ever and beautiful weather throughout the late May Bank Holiday weekend, next up on the Audlem entertainment calendar is Party on the Park on Saturday 2nd July.
Bring a picnic, lots to drink and enjoy, indeed dance your way through, a fantastic show.
There's two amazing acts topping the bill – they are both out of the top draw of Tribute acts.
The ABBA REUNION Tribute Show is the creation of the Director, Producer and Choreographer of the Award Winning ABBA MANIA musical.
It stars the original 'Frida' from the London West End cast, Vikki Holland-Bowyer. With nearly 14 years playing Frida, Vikki is certainly no stranger to the ABBA Tribute world.
The ABBA REUNION Tribute Show gives Abba fans, old and new, the opportunity to once again get together and re-live the addictive Abba phenomena that swept the airwaves and discos during the 70's and 80's in a truly feel good party style tribute concert.
From Waterloo to Dancing Queen, all of the hits are performed with unrivalled authenticity from both an audio and visual perspective.
Superbly accurate harmony vocals, guitar and keyboards combined with stunning replica costumes and excellent authentic choreography produce one of the most requested tribute shows in the world today.
And how's this for Elvis fans – Paul Larcombe, earned an official ranking in the world's Top Ten Elvis Tribute Artists by Elvis Presley Enterprises, USA.
Also he was the first Elvis Tribute in the UK to reach the Final Ten in Elvis Presley Enterprises Official Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest in Graceland, Memphis, USA, the Home of the King.
He is the only Elvis Tribute in the world to have performed, solo, for the The Queen and the Royal Family on three separate occasions and has appeared on BBC1, ITV, GMTV, Good Morning America, ABC, CNN, Sky News and many more.
Paul Larcombe was the Outright Winner of the largest Elvis Contest ever held in Europe. Paul insists on the best quality in costumes and backing tracks/musicians and his Elvis show is regarded as one of the best in the world.
The evening is topped off by a fabulous fireworks display.
ASET, the Audlem Special Events Team, will be providing limited catering for the first time with a hot potato stall, pizza stall, coffee and ice cream.
Anyone who has been to Audlem's Party on the Park will know this is one of the great local events with a friendly sociable atmosphere, a true party.
