- 2. Phillip Baker appointed vice-chair
- 3. In response to a request from a member of the public, the councillors introduced themselves
- 4. Future meeting dates agreed as per agenda except 13th March changed to 20th March
- 5. Committees and working groups all terminated
- 6. Changes to bank mandate approved
