• 1. Carl Dovey appointed Chair
• 2. Phillip Baker appointed vice-chair
• 3. In response to a request from a member of the public, the councillors introduced themselves
• 4. Future meeting dates agreed as per agenda except 13th March changed to 20th March
• 5. Committees and working groups all terminated
• 6. Changes to bank mandate approved
