Audlem Lass Swan Rescue

Dave Roberts and I were on a shift on Audlem Lass this morning. Together with some boaters at the marina we tried to rescue the swan using Audlem Lass but it managed to evaded us at this time.

Later in the morning a RSPCA inspector came to the marina and we took him out on the Lass and managed to rescue the swan after "cornering" it against a landing stage. The swan had a fishing hook in its neck and the fishing line was wrapped around its beak but hopefully it will now be restored to health.
