Attention all budding cricketers!

As regular readers will be aware, Audlem Cricket Club is starting junior coaching again after a gap of some years. Audlem Online is now able to give an update on the arrangements.

The coaching will be geared towards children, both boys and girls, attending primary school. There will be eight weekly sessions every Tuesday, starting a week today, on19th June. The sessions will start at 6.30 pm and finish at 8 pm. The cost of the eight-week coaching course is a flat fee of just £10, which is payable in advance.

Juniors attending the coaching should wear suitable clothing (predominantly white shirts and appropriate footwear). They can also bring their own kit, but some will be provided by the Club. Most of the coaching will be done with soft balls.

Parents taking children up to the cricket ground are asked to use the car park within the ground and not the farm driveway.
