An idiot strikes

On Saturday, as many will have seen, a team of ADAS volunteers were out in the village preparing the beds and planters for their summer display.

Unfortunately, this was seen as an opportunity by one anti-social idiot to dump a load of rubbish when nobody was looking on one of the beds near the Co-op, presumably thinking the volunteers would have no alternative but clearing up his or her mess.
