Air gun shots at Scout Hall

Audlem Online has been told that someone is taking shots at the Scout & Guide Hall with an air rifle and causing considerable damage.

The latest incident took place on Friday night. All was fine with the Hall earlier that evening but the latest damage was discovered on Saturday morning.

Four windows have been damaged in separate incidents and each costs £50 to repair, therefore putting the Scout & Guide Hall committee to considerable and unnecessary expense.

This is at a time when, thanks to fund-raising and a generous grant from WREN, work is being carried out which will bring the Hall up to a very high standard.
