ADCA Community Support Service -- change to working hours

ADCA will be continuing to support local residents needing collection and delivery of shopping and prescriptions during the ongoing COVID situation. We are also continuing to provide a Medical Transport Service, where possible, to those who have no other access to transport to enable them to attend medical appointments.

These services have been coordinated by ADCA and delivered thanks to excellent help from a team of local volunteers. We know from the many messages of thanks we have received from service users how much they are needed and appreciated.

The telephone number to request help with any of the above services remains the same, 07984 785907, but please note that, from Monday 10th August, the helpline will be staffed between 09.00 and 12 noon on three mornings a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you leave a message outside those hours we will deal with it as soon as we are next in the office.

Thank you to all those who are making use of ADCA's services and thank you especially to all our volunteer shoppers and drivers.
