ADCA AGM on its way

ADCA AGM on Friday 20 November

The Annual General Meeting of Audlem & District Community Action (ADCA) will take place at 1.30pm on 20 November 2020, via Zoom.

The AGM is open to all Trustees, Members, Carers Group Members, Volunteers and Staff of ADCA.

The Trustees are sorry not to be able to issue an open public invitation as we would normally do. This is in order to allow the meeting to be conducted in a manageable way on Zoom.

As ever, our Trustees, Staff and Volunteers will be sharing our progress during the past year. Our members and carers will also be sharing their experiences of the various services and events which they have enjoyed.

To receive the Zoom link, ADCA Members, ADCA Volunteers and Members of ADCA Carers Support Group should email adca.audlem@gmail.com by Thursday 19 November (cut-off time 1.30pm), with the subject line: Request for Zoom link to ADCA AGM 2020

Please give your name and surname in the email so that we can correctly identify you in the meeting.

The proceedings of the AGM will be published on ADCA's website and AudlemOnline following the meeting.
