Again we had a wonderful variety of local produce last week and by 11.40 all had been sold! I do hope the wonderful people of Audlem and district enjoyed the broad beans they may have been persuaded to try! A much maligned vegetable.
This week as the soft fruit supply slows down we have a few different delicious edibles!
- The first opal plums- wasps permitting
- Crisp lettuces
- New potatoes
- Red currants
- Sweet peas
- Cala- lily like plant
- Begonias- bedding plants
- Petunias- bedding plants
- Honey
- Eggs- quail and hens
- The much enjoyed and wanted Bara Brith and perhaps Lemon Drizzle cake
- Handmade cards
- Herbs
- Runner Beans
Come along and meet our merry band and learn about Harry's quails and the cards Elsie brings along.
