After our winter break the popular ADAPT Audlem market returns.
From our green fingered gardeners there is a plea for used plant pots. Don't throw them away ADAPT are all about recycling as much as we can and saving energy. This is no more important than at this time.
We also support walking and cycling so if you can, leave your car at home and buy local from Audlem 's many businesses.
ADAPT s aims are:
ADAPT stands for Audlem and District Acting Positively for Transition away from fossil fuels and if anyone wants to join our merry band then come and see us at the Saturday Market or at our regular ADAPT Food Group meetings always the first Tuesday in the month in the Bridge Inn Conservatory.
On the market this first week will be local free range eggs, Apple juice, possibly some Honey and beeswax products. Jams and marmalade, preserves and specially for Easter, a great display of bedding plants and seedlings, including some tomato plants to dig in to those newly prepared beds.
10am till noon at The Lord Combermere Car Park. Come rain or shine.
