To get in the mood for the carols around the tree in Audlem on Wednesday, why not come to the weekly acoustic music session in the Shroppie Fly on Monday from 8.30pm onwards?

It's still the most popular and successful in the South Cheshire and North Shropshire area. No doubt there will be carols and Christmas music, although some may not so familiar, and some old favourites may have a different tune (such as While Shepherds Watched... to the tune of On Ilkley Moor Baht 'at!).

A huge variety of songs and musicians is certain (weather permitting): last Monday there were 25 performers, a grand variety of instruments, and songs from Bob Dylan to medieval, with performers being mostly local, but also from as far away as Stoke & Llangollen.

So get into the festive spirit and join us at the Shroppie Fly on Monday.
