This is a five week course, every Friday through November, starting November 1st.
11.15am to 12.15pm in the Scout & Guide Hall.
Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Originally developed as a martial art in 13th-century China, Tai Chi today is practised around the world as a health-promoting exercise. There are many health benefits associated with Tai Chi and Qigong including reduced blood pressure, reduced stress levels, increase in bone & joint strength and mobility and improvement in balance.
All you need is to wear lose comfortable clothing and flat soled trainers are the best or light flat soled shoes.
Course cost for five sessions – £25.00
This is a regular class. If you would like to join you can just come along and join one class as a pay as you go and if you like you can carry on joining to any our classes.
Next seminars are Friday, October 25th and Friday November 22nd, both from 12.30pm to 13.30pm in the Scout & Guide Hall – cost £5 each session.
