Audlem and District Bowling Club was formed in 1948 to "promote the sport of bowling and provide recreation for local people". The club has about 80 members, male, female, young and more mature. New members are welcome and if you have never played Crown Green Bowls before you are invited to come to the Club and have a go. The bowling season starts in March and the green is in use virtually every afternoon and evening until the end of September. Come along and have a look – we are located in Heathfield Road.

We are a group of runners, from beginners to fast runners. We meet on Saturdays, rain or shine, at 8:30 a.m. on the Audlem car park and do a maximum 5 mile (fun)-run around the Audlem countryside and canal towpaths. The activity starts with a 10min warm-up and finishes with another 10min stretch. Participation is fully voluntary. We operate a 'muster' system to cater for all forms of fitness, such that faster runners can run ahead, and at the same time, we leave no one behind !
Hence, if you are a runner, or fancy giving it a go or want to join a group of friends, then come and join us on one of these Saturdays.
