Just wondering where any new traffic will be placed, as current ones already obstruct the view for traffic turning right from the junction, could be why some pull out to get a better view of traffic approaching from the left. Pity the past councilors did not accept the offer by Cheshire council years ago to build a bye pass, could it be that they though of their own interests instead of the people of Audlem.

Bob; I agree and then I don't. What I mean is; yes, I agree about a Stop sign. Much better than a Give Way sign and I wished I'd have thought of it ;-). But, I don't agree that the view is obstructed by the Monument because, if you’re travelling from Cheshire street towards the junction, the Monument is on your left. But, either way, I'm changing my opinion from a Give Way to a Stop sign now. I thank you.

Further to the info given I was told that automatic renewal was only available when you renew online not by phone.

Clearly this junction is a problem which, I believe, is caused in part by the fact that the Monument, to some degree, obstructs the view up the road towards the Coop. Rather than a 'Give Way' sign (which gives motorists a choice) this junction should have a 'Stop' sign (which is obligatory) and there is no better time than the present to install one while the road is being resurfaced and probably white-lined.

Hi Billy . You most certainly are not the only driver to experience this strange phenomenon. For some unknown reason many people appear to be absolutely convinced that any traffic approaching the square from the co-op side must be intending to turn left onto Cheshire Street ,and couldn't possibly be heading towards the forbidden mystical land of Woore or even beyond ! When daring to make my way in the direction of that lovely village, I always pass that particular junction with my foot hovering over the brake pedal. Whether a sign would have any effect is questionable ,as I would say its fairly obviously a give way situation , but it could do no harm .

I'm wondering if it may be time to have a 'Give Way' sign erected on the approach to the Square heading from Cheshire Street perhaps? It wouldn't bother me personally if there's one there or not as I know I have to 'Give Way' as most people do but it would seem quite a few folk (from out of the area possibly, to give them the benefit of the doubt) don't. The times I've had people come straight out of that junction without stopping, on to Stafford Street is unreal. On quite a few occasions, if I hadn't have had my wits about me (which, to be fair, isn't often as I usually leave them at home in a drawer) I would have been hit. I know there’s a 'Give Way' triangle painted on the road but of course if there's a vehicle over it the person behind wouldn't necessarily see it. I can't be the only driver that's experienced this can I? Or, am I unluckier than I think I am or....... are 'they' are out to get me?

The collection of food waste is a mandatory national policy although the timing of the roll out is down to the local council. Presumably Cheshire East had to spend this money!

I need a heating /plumber to adjust the pipework on a radiator that has had to be removed as the wall has had to be re plastered.

The new extremely useful waste bins, (I find the old green one fits inside perfectly.) Hasn't simply cost the public the price of the little green bin.
