Two extra days

Eagle-eyed readers of AudlemOnline will have noticed that the countdown of days left for feedback on the Neighbourhood Plan has miraculously increased from 8 to 10.

This is not because two extra days have crept unnoticed into the calendar, but because an error which occurred on Friday evening (coincidentally just after the pubs closed) in the abacus at Houston, Texas, which controls these things.

Two of the little balls which designate the time left accidentally got stuck at the top of their column (this is technically known as a "balls-up" situation), and we have only just managed to adjust it.

So as of this morning there are ten days left until June 10th, which is the closing date for feedback on the Neighbourhood Plan.

Please take advantage of this extra time, and if you haven't already given us your comment on the plan, there is extra time to do so.
