Start of Lent Soup Sundays

A reminder that the Lent Soup Sundays commence today 14th February and will continue for six Sundays. Hosted at the Methodist Church Hall, these events are ecumenical events at which each Church in the village will provide a soup lunch in turn.

These lunches commemorate the forty days Jesus spent fasting in the desert prior to starting his Ministry.

Each Lunch will take place after the morning service at approximately 12.00 noon. All are welcome.
