ST James School Newsletter

THIS WEEK

What a lovely week we have had in school!

The weather has been unseasonably warm, and the children have been making the most of our wonderful outdoor areas, enjoying plenty of fresh air, play and learning outside.

A big thank you to everyone who supported our Book Fair. We hope the children are enjoying their new books and getting lots of pleasure from reading them!

Yesterday was Census Day, and the children were treated to a delicious lunch prepared by Mr Wilson and our fantastic kitchen team. The pizza was certainly a big hit and went down very well!

A reminder that our Harvest Service will take place next Friday 9th at Audlem Church, following the school drop-off. This year, our Harvest donations will be supporting Nantwich Foodbank. If you are able to donate, please send items in with your child and hand them to their class teacher. Thank you for your continued generosity and support.

We would also like to remind parents about our upcoming Parents' Evenings:

• Reception: Monday 12th

• Years 1–6: Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th

The booking system will go live on School Spider from Monday, so please look out for the opportunity to book your appointment. We hope you all have a lovely weekend and enjoy some more of this beautiful autumn sunshine!
