Sourdough Tales

In the olden days, village folk across Europe would welcome new people to their village by sharing their bread mix, so every bread baked in the village bread oven was from the same 'starter'.

Sadly we don't have a communal bread oven in Audlem, but we have definitely started something.
Here are some of the amazing sourdough loaves baked using our sourdough starter, which we shared last week, along with recipe sheet.
