The Pies Have It...

Last Thursday evening saw another fun and informative event at Brambles Cookshop.

We were very excited to have Trevor Mooney – UK Baker of the Year 2006, no less – demonstrating the art of making the perfect hand raised pie.

A thoroughly enjoyable time was had by all; Trevor's glamorous assistants made their own pies, tricks of the trade were shared and we all sampled Trevor's delicious home made pies.
