Early Closing on Wednesday

Oxtail & Trotter will be closing early at 1pm this Wednesday (17th February). So if you need any meat supplies, hopefully you will be able to get to the shop earlier.

Wagyu Beef

Our next supply of Wagyu Beef is hanging in the cold room and will be nicely mature and available from Saturday 27th February. So make sure that you put your name down if you would like to secure some of this deliciously tender beef.

The usual cuts are always in high demand, so why not try a less common cut such as brisket, braising steak or rump steak – the Wagyu breed makes these cuts of meat more tender than the same cut from standard beef breeds. These cuts are great value for money and you will be amazed at how tasty and succulent they are.

And if you can't make up your mind then try one of our famous Wagyu burgers; at just over £2.00 each they make a scrumptious meal and will rival any gourmet burger establishment.
