Can you advise residents that the EE mast is broken which is why mobile phone reception is particularly bad at the moment -- it's on a list waiting to be fixed.
However I was advised today that if people log it with EE by calling 150 from their mobile they will have their account credited and it will help get the mast fixed faster because they will prioritize it
