Carol Klein filming in Hankelow

Gardeners' World presenter Carol Klein was filming locally yesterday visiting Martin and Janet Blow's National Collections of Heleniums in Hankelow, where they grow choice and unusual perennials.

Martin says: "The photo shows Carol during a break in filming our national collection of Heleniums at our house in Hankelow. The film will be part of Gardener's World on Friday 29th August on BBC2.

"We are open for the National Garden Scheme today, Saturday, and Sunday from 2.00pm to 5.00pm and we are also open for National Collections next Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday – that's 13th, 16th and 17th August. Entry is £2.50.
